Guests: answer from the link in your invitation email.

About

Simple Wedding RSVP does one thing: it asks your guests whether they are coming and how many, by email. Add guests one at a time or from a spreadsheet file, send the invitations, and see every answer and the totals on one page.

Your guests answer on their phone in a few seconds. Reminders stop by themselves once a guest answers, and every email has a link to stop them.

Privacy

What is kept: each guest's name, email address, answer and headcount, and the couple's email address, names and a scrambled form of their password (the password itself is never kept). Nothing else is asked for.

Who holds it: the couple who added the guest, and Simple Wedding RSVP. It is never sold or shared. Emails are sent through Resend, and the site and its data are hosted by Vercel and Railway. The sign-up form's bot check is Cloudflare Turnstile, which sees your IP address and browser.

When it is deleted: 30 days after the wedding, every guest's name, email address and answer is deleted. Only the totals are kept, such as how many guests were coming. Copies outside this site are not covered: emails already sent stay in their inboxes, Resend keeps its record of each email for up to 30 days, the nightly database backup keeps a copy for up to 7 days, and a spreadsheet a couple downloaded is theirs.

Email only: no text messages are sent. One cookie keeps a couple signed in; there are no ads and no trackers.
